Mohammed Zaman – Partner

Ken Cowley - Partner
Ken founded the Irish branch of Cowley Brown in Dublin in 2017 and has since led the firm’s international expansion through key partnerships and networks. Under his leadership, the company has built trusted relationships with blue-chip clients and senior candidates.
Major milestones include a shift toward retained senior search, the opening of our Swiss office in 2021, and the UK expansion with Khalil and Zaman. Ken splits his time between Dublin, Fribourg, and London. He holds a background in HR, PR, and Journalism, with a degree in History and Anthropology from the National University of Ireland.
Khalil Al-Kaddo – Partner
Khalil is the former Regional CEO of Smyth & Bradshaw (Middle East) and now leads our UK expansion. He brings over 25 years of international experience in recruitment, executive search, and HR leadership.
Khalil’s expertise spans energy, finance, logistics, and public sector recruitment. He established SAB in the Middle East, securing contracts with over 20 government bodies including the Federal Tax Authority and placing high-level talent in the Dubai financial district. He is now based in the UK, driving strategic growth across Ireland and the UK.

Oliver is responsible for outreach to decision-makers across multiple industries, ensuring they are aware of our recruitment expertise. He focuses on opening conversations that lead to meaningful client partnerships.

Syed Zubair Ahmed has 14+ years’ experience in recruitment, sales, and business management. He is known for high-quality client and candidate service, a target-smashing track record, and strong compliance focus. Syed holds an MBA (HRM), a Sales Management Diploma, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Shokri brings a multidisciplinary background to recruitment, with experience in nanoscience, design, programming, teaching, and music. Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music plus studies in science and tech, he applies a creative, analytical approach to global talent acquisition.
